Main purpose of the job:
The Supply Chain Analyst will lead and provide support to the central and operational supply chain teams in the collection, analysis and reporting of supply chain and logistics data, performance KPI’s and standardized reporting across the designated business units and regions consistent with IAC Group Supply Chain policies and processes. Responsible for undertaking all aspects of analysis required by the business and support the facilitation and delivery of supply chain related improvement projects.
Main missions and results:
•Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data collaborating with IT to implement effective systems.
•Work closely with stakeholders to collate, review, analyse and interpret various aspects of supply chain related information from disparate sources, identifying trends, anomalies, outliers and risks, including making appropriate recommendations for courses of action.
•Assist with the development of robust policies and procedures using fact-based proposals, supporting the adoption of group-wide compliance by reviewing and reporting incidences of non-compliance establishing root-cause contributory factors.
•Prepare and interrogate routine and ad-hoc reports in support of functional objectives to assist colleagues in managing performance by tracking KPI’s.
•Support colleagues both within the function and across the wider IAC Group, helping to mitigate risk, lower costs, improve supply chain performance and explore creative innovative ways of utilising relevant information to deliver value for money for the business, minimize risk, protect shareholder value and enhance IAC performance.
•Document business processes using standard modelling techniques, identify gaps and opportunities for change and improvements ensuring alignment to group requirements and IAC SCM BASIACs.
•Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to capture and document desired changes to business processes in terms of data analysis, modelling and reporting to highlight performance improvement opportunities and structured supply chain scoreboards.
•Support the facilitation and delivery of supply chain optimization projects covering demand, inventory, production planning and logistics.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
•experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar role
•Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
•Familiarity with supply chain processes such as demand, inventory and logistics planning
•Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel SQL programming, relational databases and ERP systems (QAD, SAP, Tableau BI etc.)
•Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team
•Possesses a strong analytical background with attention to detail, high levels of accuracy and is well organised
•Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
•Good knowledge of structured problem-solving tools and methodologies
•Excellent motivator, self-starting, with an enthusiastic approach
•Strong facilitation skills, able to influence teams and individuals collaboratively to achieve supply chain goals and objectives
