Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of Tooling/Equipment, Assembly, Manufacturing, Industrial, and Process
- Engineering.
- Direct and continuously improve SPC techniques.
- Develop and manage cost reduction opportunities.
- Manage all aspects of engineering change systems.
- Direct new product line start-ups including process and materials development.
- Provide leadership and demonstrate team building competence.
- Operate in IATF and ISO 14001 environment.
- Adheres to all safety rules.
- Accepts any reasonable request deemed necessary by Management.
- Follow ISO 14001 Procedures and Work Instructions.
Education, Training, and/or Experience:
- Minimum four-year degree in manufacturing engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of assembly production.
- Union experience
- Headliner assembly experience
