Position Description

  • Implement the organisation's human resource strategy so that the organisation attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs - in partnership with business management - to achieve its current and future business objectives.
  • In charge of Recruitment, Labor Relations, Union Negotiations, Training & Development, Succession Planning, Organizational Design.
  • Formulates policies and supervise policy and legal compliance. May lead important regional initiatives.
