Service Operations Manager
- Responsible for safe day-to-day operations at the Service Center of Excellence
- Ensure that service products are produced according to the Service Demand Report
- Responsible for all work instructions being adhered to and any changes to operations are communicated and documented.
- Responsible for correct labeling and production reporting at the Service Center of Excellence
- Communication with appropriate departments for support on production issues with equipment or processes
- Supervision of Production Operators including training and evaluation
