MATERIAL PLANNING SPECIALIST
Manage production planning activities to maximise the use of the organisation's resources and meet established production specifications and schedules (volume, cost, wastage targets and quality standards), analyse production data; estimate resource requirements; determine machine and operator loads; prepare production schedules; monitor production activities; and revise schedules to meet production targets.
Activities
- Interpretation of the MPS requirement regarding its accuracy through the analysis of its variations
- Check the availability of inventory and expedite components to ensure compliance with materials
- PFEP
- Interact with Quality and Manufacturing areas to support product launches
- Prepares, ensures and coordinates the contingency plan to maintain the supply to the client.
