Job Summary

Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business process, developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. Researches best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop, recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost to determine how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes. May be trained in Lean Six Sigma and specialized in areas such as business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, process-driven systems requirements.


  • Leadership of the savings strategy of the factory, reporting the status of the advance at the macro level of the VS projects. Performance of the factory in the corporate indicators in the different forums.
  • Leadership of the Six Sigma strategy to reduce variability in the processes for compliance with the annual plan. It includes the coordination at the factory level of Black Belt candidates throughout their certification process and selection of new candidates.
  • Participation and leadership for Six Sigma projects in compliance with the strategies of the annual plan.
  • Coordination of the Engineer of Continuous Improvement and Technicians of Continuous Improvement.
  • Training of plant personnel in the DMAIC methodology at the Green Belt level with the coordination of the regional Black Belt Master.
  • Share with other plants the opportunities that qualify as Best Practice to help the bottom line of IAC.


  • 5 – 8 years of experience as Supervisor or Management Level in similar positions.
  • Experience in Automotive industry
  • Black Belt Certification.
  • Specific Knowledge:
  • Lean Manufacturing, SMED, VSM, 5"S", TPM, KANBAN, Projects management, train the trainers experience.
