Establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports. Accounts Payables and Receivables duties also required. Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports. Keeping records of all delinquent accounts, incomplete files, and credit risks. Interface with Treasury, Purchasing and the Division Finance teams to drive standardization in payment terms and payment dates to support the corporate directive for managing cash. May also be responsible for travel and expense policies for the company. Other accounting duties as assigned. Degree required in related field, plus 3 years of relative experience.
