The day-to-day:

    • Contract review
      • Current Production contracts for all commodities are to be confirmed for correct pricing, part numbers, and production capacity
        • IP for various plants
        • Headliners ARL, MTY SC
        • Carpet sequencing
      • Service RFQ, quoting, contracts for Arlington duns# 87086860
        • Door assembly to GM CCA
        • Headliner assembly to Dakkota
        • Floor console
        • IP components
        • GMD directed buy activities
    • Point of contact for GM purchasing inquiries and any Directed Buy activities related to Arlington operations.
    • Track/respond to and manage capacity tickets for the Arlington duns# and trade sale suppliers

    Monitor/track/submit OT based on production releases and capacity agreements

    • Submit requests and confirm contracts for these over-capacity items
    • Support customer PDT for current production IP products
    • Track debit memo and credit memo chargebacks from GM

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and great time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all workplace and HR matters.
