Roles and Responsibilities
- Acts as a primary recruiter for Corporate functions and handles staffing, onboarding, new hire orientations, follow-ups
- Acts as one of the points of contact for employees to assist in resolving benefit issues/questions in accordance with Company policies and procedures
- Assists Benefits Manager on benefit renewals and open enrollment process as well as compensation projects
- Responsible for some HR compliance efforts including: salaried overtime reviews and audits, OSHA hours tracking, processing unemployment claims, file maintenance, invoice processing
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- 3-4 years related experience
- Experience with ADP and SuccessFactors is preferred
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task
- Able to work well in a team environment
