Roles and Responsibilities

  • Acts as a primary recruiter for Corporate functions and handles staffing, onboarding, new hire orientations, follow-ups
  • Acts as one of the points of contact for employees to assist in resolving benefit issues/questions in accordance with Company policies and procedures
  • Assists Benefits Manager on benefit renewals and open enrollment process as well as compensation projects
  • Responsible for some HR compliance efforts including: salaried overtime reviews and audits, OSHA hours tracking, processing unemployment claims, file maintenance, invoice processing
  • Other projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • 3-4 years related experience
  • Experience with ADP and SuccessFactors is preferred
  • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task
  • Able to work well in a team environment
