Located in Logroño plant, she/he will give support to other departments with all administrative commercial tasks and other plant services .

Main missions and results:

• Provides administrative support to the Plant and Commercial team.

• Maintains records of prices and terms negotiated.

• Responds to internal inquiries about vendors, price.

• Follows up on negotiates settlements regarding price changes and contracts.

• She/he will assist local Business management and Financial Department ensuring correct prices are in the systems.

• Follows up tooling on program cycle life . (Tool tagging & scrapping)

• Frequent contact with others outside the work group.

    • Answers internal and customer queries on status of sales activities reports, data updates, corrective actions taken; customer data bases systems update.

    • Aftermarket sales prices management, with Business Management support.

    • Records entries and supports to prepare and file related documentation.

    • Prepares and analyze monthly reports.

    • Data collection for sales operation activities analysis.

    • Assists customers and visitors when needed.

    Preferred skills and experience:

    High School graduate or Further Education in Business Administration Certificate (Formación Profesional Grado Superior en Area de Administración y Gestión)

    •Spanish like a native language and 100% fluent in English are a must; German/other language skills is a plus.

    •3 years of experience , preferrable in multinational company.

    •Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    •Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, SAP).

    •Proactive toward organizational and operational efficiency.

    • Planning and scheduling skills will be utilized to promote and facilitate daily tasks and objectives.
